Grey-headed Canary-flycatcher (Culicicapa ceylonensis)
Grey-headed Canary-flycatcher (Culicicapa ceylonensis) in Munnar region, Kerala, India. February 2015. Not baited. Not called in.
Beautiful colourful passerine, the Grey-headed Canary-flycatcher (Culicicapa ceylonensis) is often found in forested habitats. That is in this kind of habitat that I spotted this one, in the mountains near Munnar. The name of this species makes a lot of sense, it has a grey head and a canary yellow belly.
Love Nature.
